  • In the WordPress database on our hosting server (Hostinger)
  • In Contact Form 7 submissions (via the Flamingo plugin)
  • Encrypted in transit using HTTPS

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Completed bookings: 7 years (UK tax obligation)
  • Opted-in marketing contacts: Until you unsubscribe
  • Declined enquiries: 1 year
  • Analytics data: Retained in anonymised form for up to 14 months

After the retention period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
